This probably isn't a good thing.
There is a very small portion of the elderly (I'm talking very small, like 3+ standard deviations above the mean) that do age this well, and could likely remain safe drivers with a relative crash risk that isn't much higher than say, teenagers. However that is the exception to the rule. For 101 this man looked to move quite well in the video. But reaction time and cognitive speed of processing, I would bet, are well below normative values.
These human interest stories are always interesting, but they do illustrate a problem. Many people (and perhaps not this gentleman, but many) are continuing to drive well past the age when the keys should have been donated to their grandson/granddaughter.
